At KM Active, we want you to love your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or marked with makeup, deodorant, or perfume cannot be returned.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
